Your customer portal
Your cleaning company gave you a portal: one place to see your upcoming cleanings, watch photos arrive while your home is being cleaned, message the company, and view your invoices. It runs in your browser — no app store needed.
The portal has four tabs along the bottom: Today, Messages, Cleanings, and Me.
Get in from your invite email
Your cleaning company sends you an invite by email. Open the link inside and you land in your portal — no password to set up. If you've been in before and a later link has expired, you can sign in by email instead: on the sign-in page, choose Email me a code, then enter the 6-digit code from the message (the email includes a sign-in link too). If your first invite link expired before you ever got in, ask your cleaning company for a fresh invite — that link is what connects you to your portal.
See what's coming — and what's happening now
Today greets you with your next clean: the date, the time, a countdown under Arrives in, and who is coming (or "Cleaner to be assigned" if that's still being decided). Quick chips answer common questions in a tap: What do I owe?, When's my next clean?, Who's my cleaner?
While a clean is in progress, Today shows an Open live view link into the live screen: a Live banner, a room-by-room Rooms checklist that ticks from "Not yet" to "Done" as your cleaner works, and Photos from your home appearing as they're taken — no refresh needed. Before a visit the same link reads Arrival details and shows what's known about the next arrival.
The Cleanings tab is your visit history: every upcoming and past cleaning in one list, with your open balance at the top. Tap a cleaning to open everything that belongs to that visit — its photos (with All, Before, and After filters and a "new" tag on recent ones), room-by-room progress, and its invoice or receipt. Bills that aren't tied to a specific visit appear under Other bills on the same tab.
Message your company in your language
Messages is one ongoing thread with your cleaning company. Write in whatever language you're comfortable in — the company reads a translation on their side, and their replies are translated for you. Each translated message has a Show original / Show translation toggle, so you can always see exactly what was written. Message translations follow the language on file with your provider.
Reschedule, pause visits, or just ask
Tap the round ✦ Ask button beside the tabs to ask a question in your own words. For how-to questions, you'll get an answer drawn from your company's help articles, with links to read more — and if it can't find the answer, a quick way to message the office instead. To change your schedule, ask to reschedule or pause (or tap the Reschedule and Pause tiles on Today), and a quick request form opens:
- Reschedule a clean — pick the cleaning to move, a preferred date, and an optional note.
- Request a re-book — book another visit when nothing is scheduled.
- Pause your service — set "Pause from" and "Until (inclusive)" dates, for example while you're away — the end date itself is still paused.
Requests aren't instant changes: you'll see "Request sent — the office will confirm," and the company approves before your schedule moves. An approved pause shows a banner like "Service paused until [date]" — visits in that window come off the schedule, and everything resumes after.
Notifications, language, and installing the app
The Me tab holds your profile: an Account section (your Name; your sign-in Email, which you can change any time — we'll email a confirmation link to both your current and new address to keep it secure; an optional Phone; and a Password you can set or change — at least 12 characters; if you've only ever signed in with an emailed link or code, setting a password lets you sign in with it too), a Your home section (pets, allergies and products, access, parking — you tell it once, and your cleaner sees it before every visit), a Receipts row showing any open balance (it opens the Cleanings tab, where each visit carries its invoice — tap any invoice to open it as a full document showing the amount, the payments received, what remains, and — when the bill came from a cleaning — the service, its date, and the address, with a Print / save PDF button; once a bill is fully paid its document is titled Receipt, and a bill your company has written off still appears, struck through, whenever you had already paid something towards it — with what you paid and a line saying nothing more is owed), and Language — pick your interface language from the list (languages not yet available are marked "coming"). Under Notifications on the same tab, toggle notification types: Reminders before each visit, Job updates, Documents (invoices, receipts, and the occasional note that a payment was reversed — these always arrive by email), and Messages. Updates arrive as a push notification when this device has push turned on; otherwise by email — one event, one channel, never both.
To install the portal, look for the Add Cleaner OS to your home screen card. On iPhone, open the Share button in Safari and choose "Add to Home Screen." On some devices, push reminders are only available in the installed app.
Download or delete your data
The Me tab has a Your data section. Download my data saves a single file with everything we hold about you — your cleanings, every invoice (including any your company has written off), every payment recorded against them with how it was paid, your home profile, messages, and a list of your photos. It is deliberately fuller than the Me tab: the tab hides a written-off bill nobody paid anything towards, the file keeps it, because it is still a record about you. Request data deletion asks your company to permanently erase your personal details; you'll see "pending review" until they approve it, and you can ask again if a request is declined. Records your company is required to keep by law — your past invoices — are kept but de-identified, no longer linked to your name or contact. To close your account entirely, contact your company directly.
