Questions about pricing

Do you charge per user or per seat?
No — and we never will. Plans are flat and metered on completed jobs per month. Cleaners, office staff and customers never cost anything, no matter how many you add.
What counts as a job?
A visit your team actually completes that month. Scheduled, canceled or skipped visits never count toward your ceiling.
What happens if I go over my plan's ceiling?
Each extra completed job is a flat $0.25 — the rate never climbs in steps, and you're never forced up a tier mid-month. If steady overage would cost more than the next plan, the next plan is simply cheaper — move when it suits you. The Free plan has no overage: at its ceiling, you upgrade.
Are customers ever charged?
Never. Your customers get their own app — schedule, live progress, photos, receipts and requests — free, forever. They are part of the product, not a line on your bill. Paying through the app is not built yet; today you collect the way you already do.
Is there a contract, and can I cancel?
There's no contract and no lock-in — cancel anytime. Every client's full record — contact, properties, visits, invoices, payments and requests — downloads from their page on any plan, including Free; a whole-company export we do with you on request, free. Migration in is free too: we move you from any export, or a photo of your paper list.
