Hiring is not a project. It is a permanent operation.
This is not built yet. It is on the roadmap and it is not part of what you get today. We are describing the intent, not selling it.
Residential cleaning runs at roughly 130% annual technician turnover — higher still at small companies. That means a 15-cleaner business replaces around twenty people a year, and hiring never stops.
The intent is to put recruiting on the same spine as everything else:
- Describe the role, not fill a form. The same plain-language parser that creates clients.
- Post once. Multi-platform posting instead of retyping the same ad.
- Screen asynchronously. Candidates record when it suits them; the AI summarizes so you read instead of scheduling calls.
- One system. Because scheduling, availability and pay already live here, a new hire is on the roster and getting jobs the same day.
Until it ships, we do not charge for it and we do not list it as included.
