What is Cleaner OS?
Cleaner OS is one place to run a cleaning company — scheduling, clients, team, messages, and invoices — instead of a stack of separate tools. It is built around one promise: the AI prepares the routine work, and a person always approves anything that matters before it reaches a customer or changes the schedule.
Everyone involved in a cleaning gets their own view of the same work. Owners run the company, cleaners work their day, and customers follow along — each from a cabinet designed for their role.
One platform, three cabinets
| Cabinet | Who uses it | What it is for |
|---|---|---|
| Owner | The person running the company | Schedule, clients, team, money, and the decisions the AI has prepared |
| Cleaner | The people doing the work | Today's jobs, room-by-room progress, photos, and availability |
| Customer | The people being served | Upcoming cleanings, live progress, photos, invoices, and messages |
When you sign in, Cleaner OS takes you to the cabinet that matches your role. If that ever looks wrong, see Signing in and finding your cabinet.
For owners: approve, don't administer
Instead of filling forms, you describe things in plain language. Type a sentence like "2 bed 2 bath in Brooklyn, biweekly on Tuesdays, has a cat" and the AI parses it into a client and a schedule — you review the fields it filled in, then tap Create.
The Inbox collects everything that actually needs you — approve, assign, or handle in one tap. Each item shows the actions that fit it: Approve or Decline for requests, Assign for jobs without a cleaner, and Snooze where a reminder can wait. In Messages, the AI can prepare a draft reply to a client; the draft is clearly labeled and waits for your review — you Send, Edit, or Discard it, and nothing goes out on its own. Your Pulse screen sums up the week (revenue, jobs, team) and points you at anything unassigned or overdue — each of those four numbers is a link, so tapping Unassigned opens your Schedule filtered to exactly the visits that still need a cleaner, and tapping Overdue drops you on the overdue list itself. The Money tab tracks invoices and what's overdue.

For cleaners: your day in your pocket
The Today screen shows what's up next, plus jobs done and hours worked today. Open a job to see the time, tasks, and access notes; tap Start job when you begin, check off each room as you finish, add before-and-after photos, and tap Finish job when the place is done. Your Schedule tab shows upcoming and past jobs, and on your Me page — tap your name at the top of Today — you set your working hours and time off so you're only scheduled when you can work.
Messages with the company are written in your language and translated automatically. Learn more in Your day and jobs.
For customers: see what's happening
Your portal shows your next clean, recent cleanings, and your invoices with any open balance. While a clean is in progress, Today shows an Open live view link to rooms being checked off and photos as they arrive, and the Cleanings tab keeps every visit — tap one for its before-and-after photos and its bill. You can message your cleaning company right from the portal, in your own language.
The portal installs to your phone's home screen straight from the browser — no app store needed. See Your customer portal.
